I liked the comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, and the hotel looked very pretty and clean, but unfortunately it doesn’t meet the standards of a hotel near an airport. It isn’t actually close to the airport; you have to walk over a kilometer or take a taxi because there was no transport from the terminals to the hotel after arriving in Copenhagen. When we got there we found out that they don’t offer standard pick‑up and drop‑off at the terminal unless you book it in advance, which felt like going back in time. I’ve never seen a hotel anywhere in the world that requires you to register for any transport, whether in Singapore, Seoul, Spain, or Sweden; all other trips usually have a bus every half hour that picks up passengers. I pointed out that we were traveling with children and had an early morning flight, and we wanted at least one person to be able to go with our luggage by transport, but it couldn’t be arranged either by writing or asking, whether in the morning or the evening a day in advance. I don’t understand how such a large hotel can transport guests in small cars and still not provide normal transport for all its guests. A hotel that costs over 1000 zł per night should offer transport and delivery to the airport as part of its standard. The room also lacked basic toiletries like cotton swabs, ear buds, a hygiene set, and a small fridge with a bottle of water.
