The family room is a luxurious room close to the mall, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and hygienic; nothing to complain about.

The room was spacious with a nice view, the bed was good and the shower was excellent, yet a strong sewage smell seemed to come from the bathroom, and flushing the sink, toilet, and shower didn't fix it; we only reported the issue in the morning after returning late at night.

The parking lot is huge and easy to reach, with hundreds of spaces, though finding one near the entrance can be tough on weekends; a lake outside the window offers a nice view, but sometimes young guys ride motorcycles and make noise at night in the lot—if you’re sensitive to sound, pick a lakeside room.
