The hotel sits just a few minutes from Schinkenstrasse yet remains quiet; the large, beautiful pool, bar, and restaurant always provide a good selection.

The hotel is gorgeous, clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. I’ve visited a couple of times before and will return!

The staff are nice, but the “all‑in” claim is misleading—there’s a small print that says only 3 beers or wine per meal, which should be front‑page information. Also, the water in the pool rooms is very cold, so I couldn’t use it.

The staff are friendly and the food is decent with something for everyone, but it’s unacceptable that the front page advertises “all‑in” while the fine print limits it to 3 beers or 3 wines per meal. “All‑in” should mean no restrictions, and that should be clear on the first page. The hotel is okay, but the price is too high. The pool in the room is too cold to use at all.
