The location was super‑quiet, breakfast outside was in a gorgeous setting, the hosts were very friendly, the distance to Moab was manageable, and a tip: download the GPS map because the network is weak—calm comes at a price 😃!

Scott was an amazing host, we were welcomed right away, communication was prompt and clear, our room felt cozy, the property was well‑maintained, and he even made the most delicious breakfast burritos to go when we couldn’t cook, plus some of the best banana bread; we’ll return for a longer stay and are telling all our friends about next year’s event—thanks, Scott, for making our experience outstanding.

Every morning’s homemade breakfast was excellent, the views were awesome, the property was beautiful with deer and turkeys wandering daily, and there were plenty of bird feeders to see a variety of local birds; however, it was farther from Moab than we expected, so if you book here, don’t contact the property directly.

The location, view, warm greeting, and wonderful breakfasts and service were all fantastic, but the signs were a bit too dark to read and we had trouble finding our way when we arrived, though everything else was great.
