The breakfast offered a good selection, the room was spacious and the staff were helpful. However, the plastic wrapped cutlery was disappointing; proper crockery and cups would have been better. There was no lift to the second floor, so assistance was needed with the bags. The pillow was too thick and made sleeping painful, but the issue was resolved after speaking with the staff.
