The staff were friendly and the food and river view were great, and the pool and overall property view were fantastic. However, my room wasn’t ready when I arrived; I had to request everything myself—bed sheets were dirty, there was no electric kettle, no TV, and I had to keep following up. The bathroom washbasin leaked, there was no intercom, and I had to use my mobile to call for help.

The experience was very bad and the services were pathetic. Basic hygiene was lacking and there were many other problems.

Breakfast was good and tasty, but the hotel is 18 km away from Rishikesh; I would have preferred a location closer to the Ganga River. More accurate information about the location would help.

The location was good and decent, but I expected a well‑furnished, clean room. Instead, the room smelled disgusting and awful, causing my 8‑month‑old baby to vomit and feel sick. I asked for a room change and they complied, but the new room was much cheaper. When I asked at reception about a refund, no one offered one.
