The apartments sit in the city centre and the beach and town centre are easily reachable. The room was well equipped and the host was extremely friendly. I really had a great stay overall and was satisfied everywhere. There was nothing to complain about – it was perfect.

Carlos was very helpful and responded quickly whenever we asked for suggestions or advice about things to do in Isabela. The room itself was a decent size with good AC and hot water that runs well. They keep a fridge at reception and happily store small items for you if needed. Laundry service is available and the room is cleaned daily. We stayed for 7 nights and it was great! The only downside was that a small fridge in the room would have made it perfect, and the hot water can get very hot so you have to be careful, but overall we really liked the place and would return.

I liked the room – clean every day, fresh linens, comfortable bed, well‑temperated water, and Carlos’s friendliness; he helped solve everything with a smile and the tour he arranged was wonderful. The hotel environment feels intimate. There is always water, coffee, and tea available. I enjoyed my stay, and if I had to find something to say, the internet on the upper floors is weak, but you can just go down to reception.
