How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I booked a room for the same day, only to be told after the reservation that the room they advertised wasn’t actually available. I was already on the road, moving between towns, trying to get to the hotel when they called. It was a frustrating way to start the trip.

“No es una gran experiencia, sin embargo lo recomiendo por su precio”

The staff were genuinely helpful, even driving us to Playa Blanca in the morning and arranging boat and jet‑ski trips through their on‑site restaurant and rental service. On the downside, the building looked a bit neglected—some rooms were missing power outlets, the light in ours burned out, and the shower had no curtain, making it messy after use.
