The room was clean, comfortable, and in a nice area close to the beach and PalmaNova centre. The staff were very kind! The sound insulation was quite poor – the doors are very thin, so we could hear neighbours at night.

The building sits in a great spot, just a few steps from the Palmanova seafront and only meters from the bus stop and public transport. The room was a bit dated but had everything it needed and was clean. The bed was fairly comfortable, the wardrobe was spacious. The bathroom had a small shower but was very functional. I would definitely come back.

La cercanía con ka playa y ka amabilidad de la administradora. Siempre dispuesta a resolver cualquier cosa que necesitara. Todo estuvo muy bien

The hotel is a 5‑minute walk from the bus stop. The room‑cleaning service was terrible; the staff ignored the “Please clean my room” sign, sometimes didn’t mop the floor or close the balcony door. Even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign, the cleaning of adjacent rooms was noisy and loud, and there was no soundproofing between the entrance doors. The walls between rooms were so thin you could hear neighbors talking, coughing, snoring, etc. That could be excused if the price was 50‑70 euros a day for a 2‑star hostel, but I paid about 140 euros a day for three weeks, which is far too expensive for such poor service. Management offered no compensation for these basic problems. Only the receptionist Ana managed to improve the cleaning quality on the third attempt.
