“Aceptable para un día y si vas a estar solo durmiendo.”

The location was convenient and the reception ladies were very friendly. However, on the first night the room next to the window was unbearably noisy from the street, so I wouldn’t recommend it. The second night the room was damp, housekeeping only cleaned when asked, the walls were in average condition, the second room lacked a closet, and the bathroom doors were flimsy, allowing water to flood both the bathroom and the room.

“Bien en relación precio calidad”

The spot was convenient, the facilities were comfortable, and it was clean. The downside was the lack of an elevator, making access for people with physical limitations extremely difficult, if not impossible.

“Necesaria por el trabajo de mi esposo pero no voleríamos”

The only thing I could salvage was that the bed mattress was firm and the fan was good quality. I disliked many aspects: the receptionist was combing her hair while she was in the front desk, her hair was wet and she had a towel on her head, her attitude was careless and not friendly at all. The room was practically in the reception area, and during the night they kept the lights on constantly, which bothered us because the small window facing that area had no curtain. There was no hot water, no ventilation, the blankets and sheets were stained, and there were no hangers to organize clothes or coats. Overall, I think when they offer a room they should be clear about all those details so guests can decide accordingly and, if possible, pay a little more for a pleasant stay. Another thing that upset us a lot was that the photos didn't match reality at all.

“Un fraude”

Nothing good. The internet was missing, the bathroom had no light, and when I complained they said it wasn't included.
