The AC kept breaking and the electricity was unreliable, plus there was a cockroach in the bathroom and the bed sheets were dirty.

The place is close enough to most tourist spots and has on‑site parking, but the room was left filthy before check‑in and stayed that way throughout our stay; the bathroom still had Holi dye from previous guests, the sheets weren’t changed, and even after a day out the bathroom stayed in that same condition when we came back at night.
