The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, Wi‑Fi strong, and heating good. I loved the window seat for morning tea with a view.

The location was a bit out of town, but the city centre was easily reachable by several bus lines that sometimes stopped right outside the door. I could park in the courtyard behind the apartment, and the price was very reasonable for a city like Belfast. The hosts communicated well and were always friendly. Unfortunately, the attic apartment had a strong mold smell in the bathroom that didn’t improve even after airing it out; the dormer window stayed slightly open at night.

It was convenient and inexpensive for a single night in Belfast. The room smelled like someone had smoked or had strong body odor, so I had to keep the windows open to ventilate. Hand soap in the bathroom was too diluted. Finding the parking area at night was confusing; I should have entered a different address into GPS pointing to the back of the house instead of the main road, as the email didn’t clarify. I arrived around 9 pm, no one was on site, and my message asking for instructions got no reply. I later bumped into another resident who explained how to reach the parking area.

We got the basics—shower gel, shampoo, clean towels, tea and coffee. The room was tidy and a short walk to town, though plan for 30‑40 minutes to reach the city centre. It was solid value overall. The road was a bit noisy, but headphones were supplied, which was appreciated. A few items were broken, like the towel hook and suitcase stand, and I had a cold shower at 6.30am because the boiler seems to be on a timer.
