The rooms were spacious, bright, and very clean, and the hotel itself felt modern, tidy, and overall fine. Everything looked new, stylish, and well‑maintained, and the location was good with a parking spot right outside the hotel. Unfortunately, the staff seemed uninterested in customers and largely unprofessional, both in the evenings and at breakfast. There were enough service staff on hand, yet the reception still took 20 minutes to process my online check‑in (no queue), a delay that seemed common. The highly praised restaurant turned out to be mediocre in preparation, quality, and service; for example, only one of the two listed starters was available, and the aperitif took so long it was served after the soup while the place was almost empty.
