The place was inexpensive, but everything listed online turned out to be false: no continental breakfast as promised, the pool stayed closed all summer, roaches were in our room, and the TV remote didn't work.

I left my charger at the hotel and the front desk called to let me know it was safe; however, the booking site advertised breakfast while the hotel claimed none was offered.

There was nothing good about it; the advertising was outright false. The bathroom was filthy, the ceiling was awful, towels smelled bad, and there was no pool. The website misled me from another state, making me feel unsafe. My mom and I had to go to Walmart for sheets, blankets, and towels because we had no choice. The site promised swimming and decent surroundings, but the reality was the opposite.
