The service in the suite and the car was bad.
“Excellent stay”
The location was very nice, all staff were friendly and fabulous, especially at the reception, and everything was great in short.

Everything I did was liked. Actually nothing.

The service was fantastic, the food very good, and the Nile view from the riverside side of the hotel was terrific and reasonably priced. However, this hotel, like the other 5‑7 5‑star Nile City hotels within 2 miles of the Fairmont, has no high‑end shopping closer than 45″ to the nearest mall. Also, the nice new broad sidewalk with restaurants along the Nile cannot be accessed without jay‑walking across a very busy 6‑lane road – what a wasted investment.
