“uncomfortable. different from original pictures and pool posted here.”

The house was in the middle of the activities we wanted to do, and we were traveling with children of different ages, but the weather and other factors meant we couldn't use the pool or most of the outdoor facilities. The house feels more like a home, with residents living there full‑time; their pictures of children and family hang on the walls, and one side of a wall is covered with a curtain to hide picture frames. The main kitchen is reserved for the family, while guests get a small kitchenette upstairs next to the toilet and the bedrooms. The pool, which looks like a typical home pool, is poorly maintained; the water appears clean, but the actual pool has brown patches that can be mistaken for dirt from a distance. The BOMA area is close to a chicken stall and rats run around; anyone with allergies or breathing problems will have difficulty. Wi‑Fi was problematic, and we couldn't use the TV on Friday; it was only fixed Saturday evening. There was no housekeeping, and the entire house had just one heater.
