Karen & Phil were excellent hosts, the breakfast was excellent, the bathroom was lovely and spacious, and the room was cleaned and refreshed with tea, coffee, and biscuits. The property is next to a busy road, but it wasn’t too noisy; it’s a bit of a walk to the town centre and the walk back is uphill, and the buses aren’t very frequent.

Karen and Phil were lovely hosts, and each morning the breakfast was excellent and abundant; our room was tastefully decorated with many added extras, and the tea tray was refilled daily. Parking in front was a bonus, making the stay great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it. Nothing to dislike.
