The room was full of cockroaches, and the bathroom latch was broken. Basic amenities like soap were not provided. Parking is extremely poor—too steep and congested. The place was filthy, with blood stains on the bedsheets, and there were no towels.

I didn’t enjoy anything about the stay; I couldn’t get water at all. The bathroom light was out and it was very dark inside. I asked for a room change, they promised it but never did. Overall it was very bad.
