My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the spacious, clean rooms. The restaurant served basic but tasty food, and its proximity to the Maya temple's side entrance was a major plus. However, the surrounding area felt neglected and isolated, and the hotel itself could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and updated bathrooms.
