The staff at this hotel were super friendly and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. However, I was a bit surprised that they didn't provide a broom and mop for the room. It's a small thing, but it would've made a big difference.

The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely and made me feel right at home. To be honest, I liked everything about my stay here - the staff, the room, the whole experience was top-notch.

The parking area was a highlight of my stay, as it could accommodate both my car and my friend's. Unfortunately, the rooms were in a pretty poor state - there was dripping water in the bathroom, and it was extremely noisy. To make matters worse, I had to go and silence some rowdy guests at 1:30 am, which meant I got no sleep after a long journey from Durban. Needless to say, I was very disappointed, especially since I'd had a great experience here last year. I won't be booking with them again.

The hotel's cleanliness and private rooms were definite highlights, but the location was a bit of a letdown. It's a shame, really, because the place itself was spotless and felt like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle outside.
