Nothing at all; I couldn’t even enter to sleep. No one was at the front desk. Everything was closed in a gloomy place. Please arrange a refund.

The location was good. Unfortunately, the room, staircase, and bathroom were shabby. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the accommodation clearly had better days in the past.

I strongly recommend this place; it felt very comfortable and like home. I’m happy to come back. Thank you kindly. I wish I could have stayed another night, but next time I’ll try a lovely pizza. The room was very cute, with fresh sheets, towels, a hair dryer, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a kettle. The view looked out onto the street and trees, and the location is perfect for navigating the city, especially when rushing to a concert. The shared bathroom and toilets were just fine and practical. Shampoo and soaps were available everywhere.

We arrived and no one was there; we had to wait until 4 pm. The room was a horror: windows were broken, dust everywhere, a dirty sink, and our sheets had glued chewing gum. I didn’t even dare to look under the mattress, but you can imagine. The carpet had strange spots, likely blood stains. The room was extremely dirty, with glued gum on the floor. The staff were mediocre and did not give a sense of security. The door was never properly locked, and the lower part was very noisy in this pub. Would I go back? Absolutely not. I didn’t take photos because I rarely stayed in the hotel, just for sleeping, but believe me. Don’t make the same mistake as I did. The area is fine, though.

The price matched the quality – the staff were friendly and the spot was convenient for what we needed, all at a low cost. It could have been a touch cleaner, but it’s not a luxury place, so that’s acceptable.
