The location was unbeatable, but we were not placed in the main building; instead, we were two streets away, making it a rough adventure for strollers, suitcases, and kids. The room smelled of damp and mold, the toilet was subpar, the sink leaked onto the floor creating a permanent puddle, and the so‑called “luxury” room was not a luxury at all—there was barely enough space, with only two beds side by side. We do not recommend it.

The property was within walking distance of the cruise port, and the staff were very professional and helpful.

“Not good anymore”

I had been a regular at Triada Karakoy for many years, enjoying the best value for money in terms of cleanliness and location. This time, however, the hotel’s quality had dropped dramatically; it was extremely dirty and neglected, so I will not return.

The service was good, the location convenient, and the staff were polite. My room was in a different location, and to check out I had to return to the original address, which I found somewhat inconvenient. The cleaning could also have been better.
