Beautiful and historical Nice area close to a lot of activity Staff at reception and main hotel were very accommodating and helpful. 1. Cleaning was not complete. Glasses used by us left unwashed kept as it were etc Cleaning seem to focus only on making the bed. 2. We used the rooftop bar 4 times but each time we went and wanted an empty seat close to the view they refused saying reserved. It was quite obvious they gave it to walk ins while we were still around Further on the last night my daughter has been sitting in one and after a while they made her move out. HOWEVER The staff at the restaurant one floor below were we had dinner once were marvellous and courteous

The welcome was warm, the hotel is very beautiful and in a central area that makes it easy to explore the city, and the rooftop is very elegant with a stunning view of Santa Sofia and the blue mosque.

The location was great, the staff were friendly and the facilities excellent, no negatives.
The staff were really lovely and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was amazing for relaxing and enjoying the views day or night.
