Verde Mar Pousada

The location was excellent, right on the sea and close to everything; we were well attended during our stay and the breakfast, though not varied day to day, was very tasty. The hotel did not provide water for guests, only selling bottled water, and there was no filter or anything; this should be free. Also, when I arrived, I was told there was no installment option because the full amount had been charged 10 days before the stay, contrary to what the listing said, so I couldn’t pay in installments. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

“Precisa de uma boa limpeza , camas e travesseiros decentes.”

The spot is great, but the room was a mess – the bathroom was filthy, the doors were dirty, the mirror was dirty and broken, the beds were too narrow and uncomfortable, the sheets had no elastic, the pillows were old and offered no support, so overall the room was completely uncomfortable and dirty.

The main highlight was the location, and the staff were all very helpful and courteous. We stayed in a room that had no shower box, and when we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded and a large part of the room got wet.

“EXPERIÊNCIA PÉSSIMA!”

Nothing good to say. I booked through Booking, but the owner cancelled on the day of arrival. She tried to confirm the night before with a message, but I was swamped at work and missed it. By the time I saw it the next day, she had already cancelled. We ended up staying at a terrible other lodge. I had already entered my card details and completed the booking on Booking, never cancelled anything there. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
