The place is amazing, really homey and has everything you need! Every bedroom and the living room have a Smart TV. There was even a bath! The only issue was dirty bedding, but that was fixed immediately.

The fact that it had two bathrooms and we liked the double bedroom is a plus. The carpet was filthy and the rug by the patio door was all tatty. The iron couldn’t be used because someone had left burnt particles on it. The baking trays were disgusting. Quite a lot of the blinds were broken. The fire alarm was not in good working order. The location of the caravan was vile! Kids were on the basketball area from 08.20am bouncing and kicking balls until 10.20pm!!!!!!! The kids in the park were disgusting by throwing a bottle of urine on a man’s shoes and calling him a pedophile! Illegal drugs were passed around and used! What a dreadful way to spend my birthday! Never again!

A beautiful, homely caravan overlooking the large pond with fish, rabbits, and ducks. Peaceful. Nothing to add.

Such a peaceful spot. The balcony overlooking the lake is a real treat. The caravan is lovely, comfy, and spacious.
