“Highly Misleading Photos for Deluxe Triple Room”
The room was spotless and the owner responded very quickly. The location sits right in the center of the main square. However, the photos for the deluxe triple room are wrong; they show a large room with a double-height living area, a downstairs kitchen with a balcony overlooking the upper bedroom, which belongs to a different room. The actual room is a dark, small basement single with two tiny windows. I reached out via WhatsApp and the owner insisted they had no issues and that they manage the photo tags, but that’s not true. After five days of notifying them, the pictures remained incorrect and the owner still claimed they did nothing wrong. They apologized that I wasn’t in the room I expected, but didn’t fix the photo. Eventually they issued a refund plus extra cash credit for a different location and I sent them a video of the real room.
“Un soggiorno meraviglioso in un posto altrettanto meraviglioso.”
The view of beautiful Assisi and the lovely garden that gave a sense of serenity was wonderful. The in‑room services, from coffee to biscuits (delicious), were great. The spot is ideal for reaching the historic center and the main fortress. Almost nothing to complain about, maybe the fridge was too small for many items.
“Confortevole, posizione centralissima, accoglienza molto premurosa e comunicativa.”
The structure is inside a historic building fully integrated into the local atmosphere, the room is well defined and comfortable. The location is extremely central near the town hall square, just a few minutes’ walk to the main sights, the bus station, and various cafés and restaurants. The welcome was truly excellent, very caring and communicative. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything.
“Een aanrader!!!”
The location is perfect, the building and décor are beautifully maintained. Early check‑in was possible and everything was handled to the last detail.
“Camera accogliente, posizione perfetta...una coccola al cuore”
The décor is modern and well‑kept. The bed is very comfortable and the space is generous. The owner is very helpful and present. Nothing to note, everything is beautiful.
