Everything at the hotel was close to the grocery store, and the staff were courteous—especially Jess, Miche, and Kendo.

The hotel was new and clean, but there were no restaurants nearby.

The hotel was spotless, the front‑desk staff were friendly, the room felt spacious and the bathroom had a great dry‑wet separation. No complaints at all.

Our brief but pleasant stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional service and a clean, well-maintained room, with the added bonus of a late check-out.

Summary of this review
The guest had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the hotel, but was hindered by the lack of translated documents in their room. Despite this, they appreciated the thoughtful touch of translated lamp switches and suggested that the hotel extend this courtesy to other documents and staff notes.
