Terrible check-in process, ill prepared for the volume of guests (key cards specifically), only 2 towels in a room for 4, valet was a hassle
I stayed 4 days and they asked me to pay a deposit of 300$ . They promised me that they will refund full amount after 5 days . However still not refunded. Location.
