I was met with rudeness and arrogance from the staff and the director when we had to deal with them.

The building feels outdated and unsuitable for guests: rooms were overheated and very noisy because there was no air‑conditioning or soundproofing. The furnishings and bathrooms were old, some towels had hair on them in the first few days. The shuttle to the beach was not enough, unless it was doubled, and it would pick up guests without making them wait too long. The staff couldn’t even meet basic customer needs or handle critical situations like late‑night noise or a dog staying in a room during the day; they simply let it happen. Breakfast was not on site but at another hotel. In the associated thermal park, which requires a daily club card, there were not enough loungers and, at least during the afternoons I visited, the animation activities were absent.

The area is lovely, parking is easy, the place is exceptionally clean, the meal plan is perfect, and there’s a fabulous gelato café across the street. No complaints.

The rooms had no air‑conditioning but did have ceiling fans, and they lacked mosquito nets.
