The host was super nice and helpful! The apartment is simple but special and had everything I needed for my trip. There’s a nice coffee bar around the corner for breakfast. I’ll be back next year.

Beyond expectations! Finding a place with free private parking at Brignole for business travelers is gold!

The logistics are optimal because of the proximity to Brignole train station. The staff are friendly and available for every need, the owners live in the area and can intervene to solve problems. They give great transport tips and where to eat. The train line is very close, trains run even at night, and if you’re a light sleeper there’s a high chance of being woken up. I suggest installing sound‑proof windows. The bed is uncomfortable if you have back problems; the mattress is thin and doesn’t shape to the body (personal need). Some issues with the electric shower in the bathroom: the system is sized for three apartments, so if others use hot water you may have to wait several minutes to shower. For better nighttime security, I’d recommend a sturdier apartment entrance door with more key turns.

The location, parking, staff courtesy, and apartment size are great. The quality‑price ratio is a bit high.

I parked my car at the onsite parking lot, but the bathroom light kept cutting out while I was showering, which was annoying.
