Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful; the room on the sixth floor offered a pleasant view, and the room on the east side is good, but the internet is mediocre and the sixth‑floor room has noise from the central air‑conditioning.

The only positive was the receptionist Halil, who was always ready to help; many aspects were borderline bad, but the worst was breakfast—there was no seating available, so the management should address that.
