The rooms were comfortable, but the breakfast was removed (it used to be there), the bathroom in my room was very narrow and cramped, and there were no accessible outlets (only high ones), so I had to grab a chair from the dining room, put the desk drawer on it, and stretch my charger to reach a socket—making the stay progressively worse.

The only positive point was the friendliness of one of the staff (possibly a maid) who assisted me at checkout. The check‑in maid initially showed no interest in helping, but later was courteous. Cleanliness was lacking, pest control was missing, clear instructions were absent, and there was even a trash can in the bathroom. During the stay, roaches were seen on the wall multiple times. Not all amenities shown in the photos were present, and the absence was justified by the price paid. A terrible experience.

The price was good, but the rooms were filthy – I had to switch rooms several times because one was covered in hair, another had a dirty duvet, another had a broken toilet, and yet another had a broken shower.
