How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were friendly and generally helpful, always ready to answer questions and thank you for everything. The room, however, was far from what I had expected, especially for the price; the double room had an old-fashioned bed in the wardrobe that unfolded, and after a long drive I just wanted to get into bed quickly.

La posizione. La pulizia

The only highlight was the pool. The studio provided was below the online description, and the reception staff at arrival and breakfast were unpleasant.

The only positive thing was the location, right in front of the sea. The breakfast was disappointing: you had to choose the day before between cappuccino and croissant or granita and brioche, with no other options. They didn't refurbish the rooms; we found a cockroach in the bathroom. On the morning of check‑out, besides the lack of hot water, when we asked for a roll of toilet paper they replied, “now?” and “what are you going to do?” Another surprise: they refused to return our documents unless we had settled the bill first, which was offensive and absurd since they had the credit card on file and there was no payments clerk at check‑in. Definitely not recommended.

The photos posted are misleading. The rooms are undecorated, dirty, with live and dead cockroaches and a horrible smell. Moreover, the hotel charges you upfront and hands you the room after a few hours. The pictures say one thing, the reality is another. It’s impossible to let guests stay in rooms that are not habitable, and the ASL and NAS should have been notified. I’ll focus on the most serious issues, because there’s also the cleanliness of the pool loungers, the electrical system, etc.
