The restaurant was fine, but there was no breakfast on Monday, the shower water was cold, the shower was broken, and hair was found in the shower—cleaning was poor.

The location and the reception staff—when someone was actually there—were positives, but the rooms were in a bad hygienic state, the facilities were broken, and the hotel staff were hard to reach and unwilling to find a solution.
