The view, comfort, furniture, and overall design of the property were great, but I would have liked one more night for the price of the stay.

This is a very nice modern hotel for most people, with lovely rooms, a pool, and friendly people. We are both mobility impaired, and the staff and management do not seem to understand that issue. Tubs with handrails are not accessible, the furniture chairs and tables are extremely heavy and moving them is almost impossible, and the sofa and upholstered chair are designed for gymnasts or mountain climbers (short people with strong legs); we couldn’t sit on the sofa or stand up. Light controls were neither labelled nor obvious. A hotel this new and this good should do better. I want to repeat that everyone at every level was totally accommodating, cheerful, and professional.

The hotel was excellent, the room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was really good, the pool was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful, Seven Milles Beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, we highly recommend this hotel, and we can’t wait to return. All good.

We came to celebrate my wife’s 55th birthday and I reached out to the concierge before arriving to set up a cake and champagne in our room, and they made it happen! They also added a nice handwritten note, which was a thoughtful touch. The only drawback was the beach setup: the day beds practically block the entire front of the beach. We’ve been to Cayman for about 8 years now and have stayed at the Weston and Seafire, where both beach setups allow a clear view of the beach with no obstructions. Maybe the day beds could be moved to another area so regular beach chairs have an unblocked view.
