The moment I stepped onto the balcony I was blown away – the view from the flat is just stunning, stretching out over the city and water. Everything else was fine, but that panorama is really the highlight.

The host and his staff handled everything terribly – they called me less than a day before my arrival to cancel, blaming an “overbooking” that made no sense. I was already in town with my family and had to scramble for another place, ending up in a cramped unit elsewhere without any discount. I’d steer clear of this listing.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well‑organized, with fresh linens and a full set of kitchen tools, and the building itself is brand‑new with an elevator and right on Praia Grande. Watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic, and I left feeling thrilled and already planning a return.
