The property feels like a homely retreat inside a serene wildlife sanctuary; both of my pets were extremely comfortable thanks to the amazing hospitality of the staff at SmartHill Kalatop, who even arranged cloves and warm water for a friend suffering a toothache. Don't look for a generic 3‑star hotel—look for a place that feels like home in a peaceful hill station. Amazing guys… I can’t wait to return.

The only thing I liked was the location. The property is now old, and my room had very little headroom.
