The hotel’s spa base was good, but the room manager and the fact that waiters and front‑desk staff only spoke Hungarian to the client, while we were in Romania and were expected to speak Romanian at work, was unacceptable. Outside of service or when no guests were present, they spoke whatever language they wanted, which is a complete lack of respect from the entire staff and has not improved.
