“Pessima gerência, péssima estadia”
The heated pool was a highlight, but the manager was rude and cut in front of the receptionist who was helping me. I don’t know her nationality, but she spoke a mix of Spanish and Portuguese. While I was telling the receptionist that I only chose the hotel because of the parking, she seemed more focused on defending the staff than listening to me. Other issues included the lack of parking spaces that wasn’t announced beforehand, the pool lights staying off after dark, a dripping shower due to a repair problem, and sand on the floor when we arrived. We’d stayed there before, but this last visit was disappointing.
The breakfast and the location were great. Nothing to complain about.

The location was excellent, parking was pricey, and the pet fee was steep. The elevators were small and got congested, especially during breakfast hours. The coffee could have been a touch better.
