It’s a large hotel with friendly staff in a great location and all the services you need, plus parking is available. Parking fees might be a bit expensive.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly; we were celebrating two 80th birthdays and they upgraded our rooms to a sea view and gave the couple wine and nibbles. Breakfast was hot and plentiful, the location was perfect for exploring the promenade, the Lanes and the i360, the beds were really comfortable, and the showers and amenities were all excellent. There was absolutely nothing to complain about – the hotel did us proud!

The location is great, the staff are lovely, the price is good – what’s not to love, and there’s nothing to note otherwise.

I always enjoy staying here; it sits right in the town centre beside the sea, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are friendly.
