The hotel was convenient for family visits and the front desk staff were friendly, but there was no soap—how could that be? They said they were out. The room had a funky smell, the towels were thin and there was no hand towel, and it felt bare‑bones.

The hotel was overbooked and had no rooms for the reservations we made, forcing us to find another place; when we arrived at the second hotel, we were the second group in about an hour, even though there are many other hotels in that area.
