The area is quiet, the sea is pleasant and sandy rather than rocky, a supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM are within a minute’s walk, the hotel is family‑friendly and good for those who want to avoid noise, breakfast is tasty and suitable for Muslims, but there are no activities on site.

I was surprised by the somewhat low rating because the facilities right on Bang Taou beach are great, the hotel pools are amazing, the restaurant food is special, breakfast is varied, and the staff are helpful; the only slight downside is that it’s a bit farther from Patong, yet it’s still a very distinctive hotel with everything a tourist could ask for.
