I was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The air conditioning in the suite made a very loud and unusual noise, and when I reported it, no action was taken to fix it. I think rooms should be inspected thoroughly before guests arrive, because it’s hard and inconvenient to change rooms the next day. Two large beds were left beside the entrance to our room, and the area looked like it was being used as storage, which was not a welcoming first impression. We also had a problem with the bathroom amenities: after getting wet in the shower, we found there was no shampoo in the dispenser, which was inconvenient because we only noticed it after we had started showering. Finally, we found an old sock beside the couch, raising concerns about how clean the room was. Finding a personal item left by a previous guest suggests the room may not have been properly inspected and cleaned before our arrival.
