Breakfast was okay, but the room service didn’t work, there was no TV, the bathroom was not in the room, and the hallway toilet and shower were missing; this is not a hotel at all, very disappointing.

Thanks for the dog‑friendly place! The top floor is difficult if you’re older, and walking with a dog up the stairs is a hassle.
