The location was great, but my room was right next to a door that stayed unlocked 24 hours; around 4 am people were loudly chatting in the hallway. I stopped by the desk to ask about the door and the staff explained it was unlocked because the gym operates 24 hours. I raised concerns about security, and the staff said they have cameras to monitor activity. I felt the camera operators weren't doing their job since people lingered in the hall for a long time, and I suggested that guests should use the front door after certain hours if they’re using the gym.
