“We had a great stay”
I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m., and they had my room ready by 10:30 a.m.; after a long flight I was completely exhausted, so I truly appreciated their efficiency.

The place in Rome is perfect; this is the third time I’ve been to Rome and this spot is very good, but the hotel reception is in another building, not clearly specified, and you lose time at check‑in…quite a bit; otherwise everything is very good.

The place was spotless and contemporary, right in the middle of Rome, just a short walk from the train station and most sights. The staff were patient and friendly. We liked the air conditioning, the option to leave our bags after check‑out, and the lounge that stayed open for us even after we left. The room felt a bit cramped and cold, and the view looked out onto another building, which didn't help. I wouldn't spend a lot of time there, but it works as a base for exploring. It was a little pricey, but in line with other hotels of this caliber.
