I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. However, there were a couple of issues that needed addressing - the lights in my room wouldn't turn off, and the bathroom fixtures were partially broken. Despite these minor issues, the staff's kindness made up for it, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay comfortable.
