“Excelente!”

The views were great and the staff were friendly. We ran into an issue with the rooms being cold and the heating not working well, but they fixed it quickly and professionally.

Location great for the Expo, Reception very helpful, room was large enough, nice blinders for shading, wifi was OK. Breakfast with a large selection of food. One week night there was a large party on the rooftop that was really loud, almost until midnight. One young lady at breakfast on the first morning was bossing people around - laying the table for lunch at 9.25, feeling disturbed by customers in her "important and urgent" role. Would be nice to have a small cooler in the room

Soggiornato in questo Hotel per lavoro, buona struttura e buona qualità prezzo. Camere pulite ed ordinate, e posizione adatta al nostro luogo di lavoro. Staff molto cordiale, disponibile e reattivo. Ringrazio dell'ospitalità e della disponibilità. Saluti

“Terrible”

The staff, although powerless to help, were friendly and pleasant. I imagine they’re working under quite big constraints, although they were able to locate any pillows when asked. The rooms were hot and stuffy with non-working AC. The reception staff were unable to help. The room was 25 degrees C the whole stay
