Cleanliness was good, but the showers are uncomfortable; you end up soaking the floor.

The hotel has an elevator, which is the only redeeming feature. The final price differed from what was advertised; paying S/199 per night means you expect a lot more. Reception and dining staff were unfriendly and inattentive. We booked a double room for two, yet only towels and amenities for one were provided. The bathroom was impractical: the shower was hard to use, no instructions, and water leaked into the rest of the room. The bed wasn’t very wide, the hairdryer was tiny, and there was no iron. Breakfast was basic for the price, with limited juice options and no bread warmer. The food was acceptable but unremarkable. Overall, there are better hotels for that price. The value doesn’t justify it, and I wouldn’t return.

The room was great and the service was excellent.

The reservation was for 59 dollars, but they charged me an abusive exchange rate of 3.68 soles per dollar, while the actual rate on the day I stayed was 3.36, so they overcharged me. They billed 215 soles per room, and with the exchange rate they charged 218 soles, which is more than the normal price, so they are abusive for charging this way. The abuse of charging a much higher dollar exchange rate is unacceptable.
