The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease, but the facilities were old.

Even though the hotel claimed to be smoke‑free, the whole place reeked of cigarettes; when I mentioned it to the owner, they admitted it was an issue but said other guests ignored the no‑smoking rule. On top of that, there were bed bugs in my room, but I managed to avoid bringing them home because I checked out after the first night even though I had paid for four nights. The owner said I’d get half the price back, but when I filed the claim through Booking, they denied it. Cleaning was also subpar – I found a speck of dust in my room.

The only redeeming point was the corner restaurant. The rest was a nightmare: cigarette odor filled the lobby, elevator, and room; the lights on the sixth floor were out, making it almost impossible to find my room in the dark. An adult‑toy vending machine outside our door made us realize it was more of a love hotel. Despite a no‑smoking policy, ash was in our toilet trash can. I would not recommend this place.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The huge TV, mini fridge, and table with chairs were all great. However, the towels were dirty and there were spider webs in the corners of the room.
